Kohinoor Energy Limited and China's Hebei Juhang Energy Technology Group signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding to explore assembly and manufacturing of lithium-ion battery packs, battery energy storage systems and related equipment in Pakistan.
The PSX disclosure says the project is being considered in phases and no final investment or joint-venture agreement has yet been announced.
