Islamabad, October 13, 2026 — The public database of the Pakistan Institute for Conflict and Security Studies (PICSS) recorded 271 incidents, 433 deaths and 246 injuries during the 30-day period from September 14 to October 13, 2026.

The overall record includes militant attacks, security-force operations and other related activities. The total number of fatalities should not be described as civilian deaths alone or as deaths caused solely by militant attacks.

According to the database, 92 civilians, 96 security personnel and 232 militants were killed. Its geographical breakdown lists 152 incidents in Balochistan, 66 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and a separate category of 47 incidents in tribal areas.

The PICSS public dashboard shows a rolling 30-day record, so these figures represent a snapshot for the stated period. Subsequent corrections or new entries may change the totals.
