FCC Throws Out Marwat Plea Against Afridi
The Federal Constitutional Court disposed of MNA Sher Afzal Marwat's petition challenging Sohail Afridi's election as Khyber Pakhtunkhwa chief minister. A bench led by Chief Justice Aminuddin Khan said the plea had become infructuous after the emergency and governor's rule.
