PTI Challenges Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Emergency and Governor's Rule in Peshawar High Court
PTI chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan has asked the Peshawar High Court to declare the October 11 emergency in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa unconstitutional and to restore Chief Minister Sohail Afridi and his cabinet.
