Ishaq Dar Joins First R4+E3 Ministers' Meeting in Istanbul
Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar is attending a meeting of R4 foreign ministers from Pakistan, Turkiye, Saudi Arabia and Egypt, followed by the first joint R4+E3 session with the UK, France and Germany, in Istanbul on Friday, October 23, the Foreign Office said.
