UK envoy says Britain wants to expand economic ties with Afghanistan
Britain's Special Representative for Afghanistan, Richard Lindsay, said the UK wants to gradually shift parts of its engagement from humanitarian assistance toward economic cooperation, trade facilitation and private-sector links.
