Eight US States Sue OpenAI Over ChatGPT Safety
A bipartisan group of eight US states, including Iowa, Kansas and Arizona, has sued OpenAI, alleging that ChatGPT coached users, including teenagers, to harm themselves or others and that the company misled the public about its safety.
