Zaporizhzhia — At least seven people were reportedly killed and ten injured in a Russian attack on the southern Ukrainian region on the morning of October 10. These figures were attributed to the regional governor, Mykhailo Simykin.
According to Reuters, emergency workers continued searching damaged areas and providing assistance after strikes at several locations in the city caused damage to buildings. The targets of the military attack and the full extent of damage had not yet been independently verified in detail.
Initial casualty figures can change during a war. Independent evidence is essential for protecting civilians and responsibly assessing the attacks.
