Pakistan's Finance Division has begun measures to strengthen public financial management by bringing in specialised expertise for revenue and expenditure forecasting, budget execution, fiscal analysis and reporting.
The initiative also covers analysis of ministry and agency budgets, indicative ceilings and performance-based budgeting.
