Russian President Vladimir Putin said at the Valdai Forum that Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has 'very good ideas' aimed at finding a mutually acceptable solution to the Ukraine conflict.
India's public broadcaster Akashvani News reported that Putin said Modi regularly raises the subject of ending the war in their discussions and shows strong interest in a peaceful settlement.
Margalla News is reporting Putin's remarks as an attributed official statement and is not independently assessing the viability of any specific peace proposal.
