Samsung Electronics and several Samsung affiliates have committed a combined $1 billion to Helix Digital, an AI infrastructure company backed by KKR, Reuters reported. Samsung Electronics will invest $500 million, with another $500 million coming from affiliated companies. The funding is intended to support Helix Digital’s expansion of data-centre and AI infrastructure capacity.
