Public Works Ministry issues AFN 56.81m intent-to-award notice for Helmand-Herat highway section

Kabul — Afghanistan’s Ministry of Public Works has issued an intent-to-award notice valued at AFN 56,810,000 for rehabilitation of a section of the Helmand-Herat highway in Farah.

The notice names Sina Joya Construction as the intended contractor. The ministry’s procurement notice makes clear that this is not yet a signed final contract until the applicable objection and legal process is completed.
