Islamabad — The Capital Development Authority has sought prequalification bids for upgrading the Jinnah Convention Centre and adding a new block.
Dawn reports the project is linked to preparations for a planned 2027 Shanghai Cooperation Organisation summit, with an October 9 prequalification deadline. An early estimate of around Rs12 billion has been reported, but it is not a final approved contract value.
