Kyiv's Parkovyi Data Center has been critically damaged following repeated Russian strikes and has completely stopped operating at its main site.

The company said that by October 1 the damage was so severe that restoring services at the facility was no longer possible. It said employees were safe and customer data had been moved to backup locations in the European Union.

The Associated Press separately reported that the Parkovyi facility had been critically damaged and had stopped operating after repeated Russian attacks on Kyiv. The capital has also faced continuing drone and missile strikes against other civilian and infrastructure targets.

Available reporting confirms critical damage and a complete operational shutdown, but does not independently establish that every part of the physical complex was reduced to rubble.
