Microsoft has introduced a redesigned Copilot built around three major capabilities: Home, Code and Autopilot.
The company says Home brings Chat and Cowork together with Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Code uses technology derived from GitHub Copilot to let users build applications and automations with natural language.
Autopilot is presented as a persistent, proactive agent that can keep working in the background. Microsoft says the rollout will be gradual, with some capabilities initially available in limited preview.
