Microsoft has introduced a new skill called run-assert-eval for runtime governance of AI agents.
The company says the tool identifies risks that matter for a specific agent, measures how often the agent fails, generates runtime policy from those findings and then reruns the same evaluation to verify whether the mitigation reduced the problem.
Microsoft presents the work as an extension of its earlier ASSERT and Agent Control Specification projects.
