The outlawed Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has released a monthly report claiming it carried out 334 operations across different parts of Pakistan during September 2026. The group said the actions included sniper and laser attacks, guerrilla and offensive operations, quadcopter attacks, bomb and grenade attacks, targeted attacks and ambushes, with the highest number reported in South Waziristan, North Waziristan, Peshawar and Dera Ismail Khan.
The report claims 213 security personnel were killed, 382 wounded and 45 people captured. TTP also claimed damage to security cameras, vehicles, water, energy and communications systems, military and police installations and some armoured vehicles.
The group further claimed it seized one MRAP armoured vehicle, 55 firearms, 54 hand grenades, two rocket launchers, 20 RPG-7 rounds, four night-vision devices, multiple magazines, thousands of rounds of ammunition and other military and construction equipment.
Note: These figures are claims published by the outlawed TTP in its own monthly report and have not been independently verified.
