Helmand — Three safe-drinking-water networks have been completed in Nahr-e Saraj district at a reported total cost of AFN 14 million.
Bakhtar News Agency said the systems are intended to serve 421 families and include solar power, water purification, 9,850 metres of pipeline and 222 taps.
Local officials put combined supply capacity at about 9,000 litres per hour.
