Karachi — Margalla News: The Sindh government and Asian Development Bank have agreed on next steps for reviving the Karachi Circular Railway.
Dawn reported that Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah and ADB Pakistan Country Director Emma Fan discussed finalising terms of reference, confirming land and right-of-way availability and advancing project design.
In May, ADB had indicated readiness to support the KCR revival with up to $1 billion, including an initial $10 million for preparatory work.
