QUETTA: Citing reports shared by Bahot Baloch, War Monitor says armed clashes, attacks on security forces and military operations have been reported across several Balochistan districts.
In Kech, a clash between security forces and suspected Baloch separatists was reported at Cher Kanchati in Dasht, with claims that soldiers were killed. Exchanges of fire were reported in Nasirabad, Turbat, and search operations in Hotabad, Kalaho and Kohad in the Tump area.
In Mastung, an operation in Pango, Dasht, drew allegations that residential areas were cordoned off, and a military convoy was reportedly attacked near Gargina Grid. Helicopters reportedly shelled areas around Pir Umar in Khuzdar early in the morning, and an operation was also reported in Shahrag, Harnai.
In Kalat, one soldier was reportedly killed in an alleged sniper attack near Soro, Manguchar.
