Balochistan — Margalla News: Pakistan's military media wing, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), has said that 33 militants were killed in counterterrorism operations across Balochistan since September 21.
According to the ISPR, five more people were killed on September 24 during Operation Shaban, taking the reported total from that operation to 22.
The military statement said another 11 militants were killed during an intelligence-based operation in Nushki district on September 25.
The ISPR described those targeted using state terminology that links them to groups it says receive foreign support.
The overall figure of 33 deaths is an official claim by the Pakistani military.
