Kabul — Afghanistan’s Ministry of Agriculture and Catholic Relief Services have signed a cooperation memorandum valued at $1.65 million to strengthen agricultural product value chains.
Bakhtar News Agency said the programme covers the potato value chain in Bamyan, fruit value chains in Kandahar and the saffron value chain in Herat.
The funding amount and project scope are reported as stated by the participating institutions.
