Authorities in Tank district, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, have reportedly announced cash rewards for information leading to the arrest of two people wanted on terrorism-related allegations. According to sources, the announcement came on Friday.
The public has been asked to share information about the suspects or help locate them. According to sources, officials have promised that informants' identities will be kept confidential and that eligible people will receive rewards.
The suspects' names and the reward amounts were not given in the available information, and the announcement has not been independently verified. Tank and areas bordering South Waziristan have seen repeated militant attacks and security operations in recent months.
