Kabul — Afghanistan’s disaster management authority, ANDMA, and Norwegian People’s Aid have signed a cooperation memorandum for humanitarian mine action in Takhar and Badakhshan.
Bakhtar News Agency says the agreement is worth more than $487,000 and covers mine clearance as well as mine-risk awareness activities.
