The Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce and Investment says the fifth Imam Abu Hanifa National and International Exhibition will take place in Kabul from October 7 to 13. Ariana News reported that representatives from more than 20 countries, including Russia, India, Türkiye and Japan, are expected to attend.
The chamber says the event will give Afghan traders, investors and producers an opportunity to display goods and build links with international markets. Organizers are preparing space for a range of domestic industries and export sectors.
Officials said last year’s fourth edition generated trade agreements and contracts worth more than $700 million. The value of any agreements reached at this year’s event will only be known after the exhibition.
