Baghlan’s Rural Rehabilitation and Development Department says nine drinking-water networks have been completed and put into operation in five districts. The projects were built in Nahrin, Burka, Khinjan, Dushi and Dahana-e-Ghori during the first six months of the year.
Provincial officials said the networks cost 35.2 million afghanis and are intended to improve access to safe drinking water and basic services in rural communities.
