LONDON: According to Geo News, a Sharif family spokesperson confirmed that Nawaz Sharif's vehicles were damaged two days earlier and said it was the third such incident involving his cars in London.

The report says the Metropolitan Police have taken possession of CCTV footage showing two masked young men removing window glass from the vehicles. The footage is expected to help identify those responsible, but their identities and motive remain unknown and no arrests have been confirmed.

Nawaz Sharif is currently staying at the family's Avenfield Apartments in London, where he has been attending medical appointments.

Geo notes that the Sharif family has faced several security incidents in London over the years, including an attempt to force entry into the Avenfield residence in 2018 and masked men trying to enter Hassan Nawaz's office in 2021. The report adds that details of the two earlier incidents the family counts towards this total have not been independently established.
